Hello

Hello, my name is Adam Majdecki-Janicki, but I am better known as A.J. Kaufmann.

I am a poet, songwriter, composer, musician, sound artist, visual artist, and human being born in Poznań, Poland, in 1985.

I first started recording my music to tape in 1998 as Adam Sandosa.

My first poetry chapbook, "Siva in Rags" was published in 2008. My first studio album, "Second Hand Man" was released on Vinyl and CD in 2011.

I am currently signed to The Swamp Records and I release new material frequently on that label.

I also founded the legendary Polish space rock band Säure Adler in 2012 and had a vinyl released in 2021 with Ramble Records.

And since 2004, I am working in drone, noise, and ambient as Die Rote Erde.

In 2021 I started my one-man band Fairyport Convent and in 2022 I founded the band Psychedelic Mayhem.
